Returns Policy:

We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, once an item has been purchased and delivered, we cannot accept it back for a return. We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products to help you make an informed decision before purchasing.

Refunds Policy:

We do not accept any refunds under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy:

We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise where an exchange is necessary. We will process exchanges on a case-by-case basis, considering the following situations:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the item you received is damaged or defective, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product. To assist us in resolving the issue promptly, please provide clear photographs or videos showing the damage or defect. We will assess the situation and, if deemed necessary, offer an exchange.
  • Incorrect Item: In the event that you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will work diligently to rectify the situation by either sending you the correct item.
  • Non-Delivery: If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time frame, please notify us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and take appropriate action, which may include issuing an exchange if deemed necessary.

Exclusions:

The following circumstances are not eligible for exchanges:

  • Change of mind or personal preference.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions.
  • Products that have been tampered with, altered, or modified.
  • Wrong Shipping Address provided

Shipping Policy:

To enhance your experience and align with the unique nature of our product range, we have updated our shipping policy. Now, our primary shipping day will be on Mondays. However, we strive to ship each product out as soon as it's produced, rather than waiting for a specific day of the week. This significant shift is a part of our commitment to improving our logistical processes, aiming to provide you with quicker delivery times. We understand this change may initially result in minor adjustments on your end, and we truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this transition. Our dedicated customer support team remains available for any queries or concerns. As a valued member of our initial product launch, your journey with us is important. Subscription Policy:

By subscribing, you agree to pay a monthly fee (based on the flavour selected) for the product on the 1st of each month for a minimum if either 2 months or 4 months. We will ship the product on the 1st of each month. If a subscription is started 5 days before the 1st of the month, the product will be shipped the same time as other subscriptions and you will NOT be charged for that month but the following month until cancelled. A subscription can NOT be cancelled once started.
