How do i use your Seamoss?
There is two ways in using our natural Seamoss Gel:
- Consumption: 1-2 tablespoons a day
- Skin-care: Apply a thin layer to skin, in addition to eating, and leave for 10-15 minutes, wash thoroughly to enjoy healthy glowing skin. You can do this 1-2 times a week increasing the frequency as needed.
However, our Fruit Infused Seamoss Gel is currently only safe for consumption.
How long does your Seamoss last and how do we store it?
When refrigerated, our natural Seamoss Gel retains its freshness for a duration of 2-3 weeks. However, freezing can extend its shelf life up to 2-4 months.
To ensure its freshness, our Fruit Infused Seamoss Gel should exclusively be refrigerated, preserving its quality for up to 2-3 weeks.
Is your product prepared freshly upon order?
Absolutely! Each of our product is freshly prepared before shipping, guaranteeing the optimal taste and quality of our Seamoss Gel, while also extending its maximum shelf life.
How long till we see results using your Seamoss Gel?
Typically, users begin noticing benefits from our Seamoss Gel within 2 to 4 weeks of consistent daily usage. Individual results may vary depending on lifestyle and diet.
How long does shipping take?
We ship products primarily on Mondays and aim for expedited dispatch as soon as items are ready. To ensure maximum freshness upon arrival, we provide free first-class shipping. Our customer support team is always on hand for any further queries.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently don't ship our sea moss internationally due to its perishable nature and the requirement for refrigeration to maintain its freshness. Prolonged periods without refrigeration during international transit could potentially degrade the quality of the product. However, we are actively working on innovative packaging solutions that can keep the product cool during shipment, and hope to offer international shipping in the near future.
